Withdrawal from the contract

Submit a withdrawal or termination declaration concerning a consumer contract. We will send a timestamped receipt to the email address provided.

Which option should you choose?

Withdrawal

Choose this option if performance of the service has not yet started.

Termination

Choose this option if performance has already started at your request.

As a general rule, a consumer may withdraw from or terminate a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after conclusion. See Section 16 of the Terms and Conditions for the detailed rules.
